Ventilation Systems
Do not make the grains circulate around the air, but the air through the grains, avoid expensive operations of transile and thus, save more than the 8 % avoiding damages in badly preserved cereals. These are the main advantages that our grain ventilation system offers. Our system avoids losses arising from high temperatures and high percentages of humidity in cereals ensilages and limits the detrimental fungi proliferation, weevils, molds, bacteria and insects. It also facilitates the anticipated corn harvest and makes transile unnecessary, allowing to take full advantage of the grain storage capacity.

The movement of the air and the work
In order to counteract the depressive effects of the heat, the movement of the air is the most advisable solution to produce more vigorous reactions in employees. The sweating from the skin is evaporated and that produces the immediate reduction of the heat of the body. The evaporative loss of the sweating produces a freshness effect.
It is considered that a speed of 75 meters per minute will make the conditions of the heat more bearable; 130 meters per minute will help when the conditions of the premises are of intense heat. The airflow causes the movement of the locked air which progressively covers major distances. These fans are perfect for places where there is an intense local heat, such as in steel factories, smelting, industries and boilers, among others.

Cirigliano S.A. has acquired the HAAS VF-5 Machine Vertical Center from USA. This machine center works together with three dimensions software to shape parts and Soli-Word moulds that are programs used in the automobile and aeronautics industry. These programs allow us to reach higher quality and productivity.
